RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Beastron If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns at 30 DAYS after purchase.
The following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original sales receipt.
- Items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country in which they were purchased. No International returns.
Shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Merchandise that has been used, scratched or otherwise damaged is no longer considered as a new and ready-to-sell condition. It should not be returned / refunded.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition to insure credit.
Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the original manufacturer's box.
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
It is recommended that you use USPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
(We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company.)
All items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
All International Shipping are Final, no exchange or return accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States.
